A Player 2/Alternate Color/Alternate Ego Character of Germany. He is considerably more laid back than Germany, though He has no respect for anyone that can't hurt him. (Which is how he got the scars.) Though laid back, he still doesn't smile that much... Actually, if he smiles at you, you might of managed to piss him off, and he's about to hurt you. Or maybe he really is 'happy', though things that make him happy are never usually that good. The more he smirks, smiles, laugh.... the more crazed he is at the moment.
HEADCANONS
Maybe a little unusual of a player 2, but Ludwig actually started out his existence more relaxed than crazy. He was the opposite of Player 1 Germany- He was was a relaxed guy who loved to hang out and be lazy--
But the harsh existence of a player 2 hardened him beyond his control. Beneath the disrespectful, harsh German is someone who still wants to just go out for a drink. It's hard to get underneath that tough exterior.
Maybe a little of a masochist.

Really, he didn't realize his leg had broken, promise. In fact, he didn't even recall who he'd been fighting at the time- only that when he was done, and looked down at himself with both hid blood and his assailant's on his shirt, he went to take a step towards home and collapsed.
He scowled at his leg, almost basically trying to scare it into working, but it was not deterred, and his left ankle began to throb in defiance.
He cursed several times in every language he could recall, and pulled himself back against the building wall. He had half a thought to call you but- he was a stubborn man, he'd rather get home by himself.
